Using a Neolog connection

Service is provided to the address on the application form and may not be resold, shared outside the premises or extended to another building.

Speeds

Plan speeds are the maximum available on the link. Speed measured over Wi-Fi depends on your device, the router’s placement and the number of devices connected.

Billing

Plans are prepaid. Service stops on the expiry date if not recharged, and is restored as soon as payment is received. Prices exclude 18% GST and may change with 30 days’ notice.

Suspension

We may suspend a connection for non-payment, for unlawful use, or when directed by a competent authority.

Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Indian law, with courts at Hyderabad, Telangana having exclusive jurisdiction.
