We collect the name, address, mobile number, email and ID proof needed to activate a connection under Department of Telecommunications rules, plus the connection logs we are legally required to retain.

How it is used

To provision and support your connection, raise invoices, and respond to lawful requests from authorities. We do not sell subscriber data or share it with marketers.

Payments

Card and UPI details are handled by our payment gateway. Neolog does not store card numbers on its own systems.

Cookies

This site sets no tracking cookies. Embedded Google Maps frames are served by Google under its own privacy terms.
