Every Neolog plan includes a dual-band 2.4/5 GHz Wi-Fi router installed and configured by our engineer. It stays the property of Neolog Online Services Pvt. Ltd. and is given to you on free-to-use terms for as long as your connection is active.

Faulty unit replaced free
Normal wear or a manufacturing fault is on us.
Configured on site
Wi-Fi name and password set with you at installation.
Return on disconnection
Hand back the router and adapter; loss or damage is charged at ₹1,500.
Prefer your own hardware? You can use a personal router in bridge mode — tell the engineer at installation and keep the Neolog unit safely stored.
